“Follow me!” When Jesus spoke these words, what did He mean? He was not offering an invitation to a destination. Rather it was an invitation to a relationship with a Person that would radically change one’s way of life. What was true then is true today. Christianity is not a religion, but a relationship with Jesus, Himself, which results in radical life change. Following Jesus is the heart of Christianity. But what is the life of a Jesus follower all about?

Answer? Relationships.

The life of a Jesus follower is characterized by rightly relating to God Himself, rightly relating to other believers, and rightly relating to the unbelieving world. At Hope, we believe that “it’s all about relationships,” and our mission is centered around connecting people to grow in their relationship with God, with God’s family and with the world.
