‘It’s not about growing our church, it’s about expanding His Kingdom. When God birthed our church, He had the nations on His heart.’ Vance Pitman
Our strategy to reach the west is through the vehicle of church planting. We desire to plant churches that will grow and multiply in the years to come. Church Planting Partners (CPP) is a community of churches with a vision to multiply and expand God’s Kingdom among the Nations. The following information is a brief description of how we plant churches in Las Vegas, the west, and the world
In Each New Church:
- A leader trained through a Church Planting Process housed in a local church
- A heart for making a difference locally and globally from the very beginning
- A community of partners with joint-ownership in the vision—the planter is not alone!
- A purpose to multiply as naturally and organically as possible
- A relational support system for the long-term
In Each Partner Church:
- Ownership of the vision for the new church and the CPP network
- A solid relationship with a trained church planter
- Open doors for ministry— everything from short term teams to funding
- Training and mentoring opportunities throughout the network
- Strategic involvement nationally and internationally through long-term, strategic partnerships
- Involvement using your church’s specific gifts and abilities
How it works:
- Church planters join the host church staff for a 1 year training and preparation process.Partner Churches surround the church planter during and after the training process.
New Churches are planted through ministry “extension” by the host church within a full partnership network.
Local and global CPP network opportunities offer New Churches involvement among the Nations from the very beginning.
New churches and Partner Churches continue to multiply churches together within the CPP network
The network then reproduces throughout the country.
Some common values shared by the network:
- Relationships
- Multiplication
- Kingdom Focus
- Intentional
- Transformation
- Sufficiency of Scripture
