Dear Potential Leadership Team Member,
I am so excited that you are interested in being a part of our Student Ministry Leadership Team.
We are always looking for people who are passionate about valuing students and pointing them to
eternal life. I believe that God has incredible things in store for our Student Ministry, and I believe
He wants to use people just like you to play a role in seeing teenagers transformed. This is
definitely a cause thats worth giving your time, energy, and life. We firmly believe that students
are not only the church of tomorrow, but also the church of today. Your decision to walk with
students now, will effect many generations of the future.
The reason this application process is somewhat formal is because we believe that this
leadership position is extremely important. We cannot take lightly the responsibility of being in
leadership when we represent Christ and students, and people will evaluate our integrity and
God's work here by looking at our leadership. It will be important for you to pray through the
requirements, as you will be held to a higher level of accountability in this leadership position.
Because we place great value on this ministry, we place great value on leadership.
